It’s important to note that I only take a limited number of fully custom requests a year (10-15) due to the amount of time I dedicate to each custom project. The earlier you can get on my books the better.

Initial Design
After our consultation I have a pretty good feel for what you want. I start to gather more inspiration, swatches, fonts. etc. and create 2 initial mockups for you and your partner to review. You provide feedback on both and we begin the revisions.
Timeline: 2-3 weeks for the first proof
Revisions
After the first proof, things move fairly quickly as we work towards your dream wedding invitations.
We will go back and forth with changes until you are completely in love! I will send you a print file to proof and approve then will we go to print!!
Timeline: anywhere from 3-6 weeks
Print & Assembly
We are absolutely in love and we go to print! I work with the same trusted printers for each couple, because I know the quality is there!
Timeline: depending on the print methods, quantity and embellishments this can vary. For example: digital printing can take 1-2 weeks to produce and ship, while letterpress on handmade paper can take 4 weeks based on availability.
The same goes for assembly. Generally allow 4-5 days for assembly per 100 invitations.
Since I began Kels & Co. my goal has been to offer truly unique and one-of-a-kind invitations that won’t break the bank. And I stand by that!
I work with all size budgets. I will come up with creative solutions to suit your needs and only suggest options that fit your budget. With that being said, here are some averages.
Most of my couples spend between $2,500-$5,000 on custom invitations. This cost is really dependent on the number of invitations, features like wax seals, custom illustrations, envelope liners, etc. print methods, and papers. We can scale up and down as needed.
